Job summary

Cleanaway is seeking a Kronos Specialist to join multiple roles in Brisbane, offering permanent and 12-month contract options. You will interpret enterprise agreements, design payroll system solutions, test outcomes, and deliver user training across a large, multi-site operation.

You will leverage expertise in Kronos/UKG and payroll rules to translate complex employment conditions into practical configurations, ensuring accuracy and compliance for thousands of employees weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting enterprise agreements, awards or payroll rules.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and workforce management.

Responsibilities

• Interpret enterprise agreements and identify pay-impacting provisions like overtime, penalties, shift conditions.
• Translate requirements into system design documentation and test scenarios.
• Test pay rules and payroll outcomes to ensure accuracy after changes.
• Provide Kronos/UKG specialist support including access control and troubleshooting.
• Deliver training and guidance to site-based users, managers, and stakeholders.
