Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a proactive workshop coordinator to design and support engaging workshop experiences that drive collaboration and better customer outcomes. You will work with Facilitators and Solution Designers to coordinate content, prepare materials, capture insights, and deliver outputs that turn ideas into action.

You will also help maintain Customer Central's spaces and knowledge assets, ensuring teams have access to the tools and resources needed to work effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting workshops, stakeholder engagement or co-design activities.
• Strong visual communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with collaboration and document production tools.
• Experience with graphic design tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workshop content, prepare materials and environments, capture insights, and produce clear outputs that turn ideas into action.
• Maintain Customer Central's collaborative spaces and knowledge assets to ensure teams have the tools and resources they need.
