Job summary

Chartwells is seeking a Kitchen Hand in Western Australia to support high-volume dining and education-site catering. You will assist with basic food prep, dishwashing, cleaning and stock handling while following strict food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume kitchen hand or hospitality environment.
• Able to wash dishes for up to 300 pax.
• Strong time management and multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
• Team player with a good work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).

THE PERSON

• Experience in a high-volume kitchen hand or hospitality environment (Must be able to wash dishes for up 300 pax)
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Enjoy working as part of a team in a busy environment
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team
• Hold or be willing to obtain a Working With Children Check
