Hyatt Hotels Corporation is recruiting for Stewards to join our Kitchen team. You will help keep daily operations running smoothly, maintain clean back‑of‑house areas, and support an exceptional guest experience in a hospitality environment.

Role requires a high standard of grooming, strong communication skills, and the ability to work early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays with unrestricted working rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• High level of grooming and personal presentation.
• High level of both written and verbal communication.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Washing of dishes and general back‑of‑house cleaning and maintenance.
• Ensure cleaning schedules are maintained.
• Ensure chemicals are used and stored correctly.
• Complete Daily Cleaning Checklists for back‑of‑house areas and related front‑of‑house components.
