Job summary

Trippas White Group is hiring Kitchen Hands for Terrace on the Domain in Australia. You will support our kitchen team to keep a clean, organized and efficient workspace in a busy hospitality operation.

Responsibilities include washing dishes, maintaining cleanliness of back-of-house areas, and assisting chefs with basic prep. Availability across a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen hand or hospitality experience is an advantage, but a strong work ethic and the right attitude are equally important.
• Willingness to learn and work well in a team.

• Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods.

Job description

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hands to join our kitchen team at Terrace on the Domain.

Working as part of a busy hospitality operation, you will support our chefs and wider kitchen team to maintain a clean, organised and efficient working environment.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Washing dishes, cookware, utensils and kitchen equipment
• Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen, storage and back-of-house areas
• Cleaning floors, benches, cool rooms and equipment
• Assisting chefs with basic food preparation when required
