Job summary

Morris of Rutherglen is seeking an enthusiastic Kitchen Hand to join our team, working in our state-of-the-art Cellar Door Kitchen that showcases seasonal menus and local produce.

You'll assist with food preparation, dishwashing, and kitchen cleanliness, with occasional front-of-house support during busy periods and events. A weekend availability and a positive, team-focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Available to work on weekends.
• Strong work ethic and interest in food and customer service.
• Experience in kitchen or hospitality is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Washing up of utensils, crockery and glassware.
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen.
• Waste management.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards, including dishwashing and cleaning down.
• Set-up, clearing & pack down of public and service areas.
• Assisting in the kitchen and food preparation and plating as required.
