Job summary

Rowlee Wines in Nashdale, NSW is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Hand to help keep our kitchen, equipment and storerooms clean, organised and ready for service. You will assist with washing dishes, maintaining benches, and supporting chefs during busy periods.

• General kitchen wash-up including dishes, cookware, utensils and equipment.

• Deep cleaning kitchen equipment and designated areas.
• Ensuring equipment is cleaned, stored correctly and ready for service.
• Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards.
• Managing rubbish, recycling and food waste areas.
• Keeping bin and back-of-house areas clean and organised.
• Restocking and assisting with kitchen organisation.
• Supporting chefs with basic food preparation and other kitchen duties when required.
