Job summary

Norths Cammeray is seeking a friendly Kitchen Hand to support our kitchen team across lunch and dinner service, seven days a week. Join a not-for-profit, community-focused club under Norths Collective that values teamwork, health and hospitality.

You will assist chefs, handle basic prep, washing, and cleaning, while maintaining high hygiene standards and safety. Benefits include meal discounts, gym access, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a kitchen hand.
• Strong work ethic and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work unsupervised in a high pressure environment.
• Maintain safety standards.
• Full availability over a seven day week is a must including days/nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to our Chefs within the kitchen environment.
• Limited Basic Food Preparation.
• Naturally lots of washing, cleaning and organizing.
• Working collaboratively with the team to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Adhering to strict health and hygiene standards.
• Adhering to Work Health & Safety legislation.

We are currently seeking a Kitchen Hand to join our friendly and experienced Kitchen team at Norths Cammeray, trading Monday to Sunday for lunch and dinner.

Joining Norths Cammeray means you are part of Norths Collective which includes The Alcott Lane Cove, The Greens North Sydney, The Verandah Beecroft and Seagulls Tweed Heads.

Your Key Priorities will be to:

• Provide assistance to our Chefs within the kitchen environment
