Job summary

Wishbone, the new concept from Lucas Collective, is launching in Melbourne's CBD. We’re building the Wishbone team from day one to deliver bold flavours and energetic hospitality in a fast-paced setting.

As a Kitchen Hand, you will support chefs, maintain hygiene, and adapt to a dynamic dining floor. The role requires adaptability across shifts, a proactive mindset, and teamwork within a renowned hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is advantageous.
• Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand or similar labour-intensive role.
• Demonstrated organisational, time management & problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of food hygiene and safety.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts including opening/closing, days, nights, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to all chefs whilst maintaining a clean and hygienic workplace.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
