Job summary

Wishbone is opening in Melbourne’s CBD and is recruiting experienced Cocktail Bartenders to join the opening team. We’re seeking professionals with a background in premium venues, strong knowledge of cocktails, and a passion for guest service.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to a rotating roster (weekends/public holidays), and hold a valid RSA certificate. Full-time and casual positions available.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Cocktail Bartender in premium venues.
• Knowledge of cocktails and beverage production.

About the Opportunity

Full-time and casual positions are available for Experienced Cocktail Bartenders to join our opening team. You will have experience in a high-end bar and/or restaurant environment and genuine interest for hospitality.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have

• Experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a premium venue
• Knowledge in cocktails and beverage production
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
• Adaptable and able to multi-task
• Time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
• Professional presentation and strong communication
• Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
• Must obtain valid RSA Certificate
