Lucas Collective is seeking a Kitchen Hand to support our chefs in a busy, high-energy kitchen. You will help maintain cleanliness and safety while contributing to smooth service across opening, closing, days, nights and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand or similar labour-intensive role.
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment advantageous.
• Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of food hygiene and safety.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
• Willing and able to work a variety of shifts including opening/closing, days, nights, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to all chefs while maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen.
• Assist in fast-paced service periods and support kitchen workflows.
