Ideal candidates bring experience in premium dining, a track record of leading high-performing teams, and the flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and opening/closing shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a premium a-la-carte dining environment.
• Proven track record in leading a high performing team.
• Exceptional service skills and guest focus.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment and high-pressure service periods.
• Proven ability in building effective relationships.
• Organisational and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation.
• Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the opening team and shape the culture of the venue.
• Drive memorable guest experiences and uphold service standards.
• Manage staffing and shift schedules to ensure smooth service.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager on day-to-day operations.
