Job summary

Grill Americano Sydney is a casual dining venue in Sydney, operated by Lucas Collective, seeking Kitchen Hands to join a high-energy, creative kitchen team. You will support the chefs and ensure the cleanliness of the back-of-house area.

Ideal candidates have previous kitchen hand experience, strong time management, and a positive can-do attitude. Rosters rotate across days, nights, weekends and public holidays, with OHS and food hygiene knowledge valued.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand.
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment advantageous.
• Demonstrated organisational, time management skills.
• Must endure the repetitive and physically demanding nature of the role.
• Available to work a rotating roster, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
• OHS, food hygiene & safety understanding.
• Excellent communication & presentation.
