Job summary

The Lucas Collective in Melbourne is seeking a Kitchen Hand to support our chefs and maintain a clean, hygienic kitchen during busy service times.

You'll work across premium brands including Chin Chin and Maison Batârd, with shifts including days, nights, weekends and public holidays. A positive attitude, reliability and a good understanding of food hygiene are essential. Competitive salaries and staff discounts await.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Kitchen Hand or similar labour-intensive role.
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is advantageous.
• Demonstrated organisational, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of food hygiene and safety.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
• Willing and able to work opening/closing shifts, days, nights, weekends and public holidays.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand or similar labour-intensive role
