Job summary

Woodcut Sydney Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to join our luxury kitchen team in Sydney. You will handle washing dishes, cutlery and heavy service items, maintain cleanliness, and operate commercial dishwashers safely on a fast-paced service floor.

We value reliability, teamwork, and adherence to high standards. You will work in a team and independently as needed, while upholding HACCP and food safety guidelines in a vibrant dining environment.

Job description

At the heart and soul of Woodcut is fire, steam, smoke and ice. Beautiful ingredients, simply cooked. Dishes will be prepared in wood and charcoal grills, wood ovens and steam kettles. The earthy and sensory cooking methods impart a tangible element of flavour and authenticity to the cooking process.

Woodcut includes 260 dining seats inclusive of two Private Rooms and will accommodate 80 bar guests.

Responsibilities Include:

Washing dishes, cutlery and heavy service equipment including large pots and pans

Maintaining cleanliness and sanitising of all surfaces

Using various types of commercial dishwashers and cleaning chemicals

Key Selection Criteria:
