Job summary

Cameron’s Kitchen on the Gold Coast is seeking a reliable Kitchen Hand (Food Process Worker Level 2) to join a busy, hygienic production kitchen. The casual role offers 32+ hours per week with early starts, Monday to Friday, and a shorter Friday day.

No nights, split shifts or weekend work. You will clean dishes and equipment, assist with food plating under supervision, and thrive in a team that values cleanliness, safety and steady pace.

Located on the Gold Coast at Varsity Lakes, Cameron’s Kitchen is a growing e-commerce business that produces fresh, ready-to-eat meals and delivers to the Gold Coast and Brisbane regions. This production kitchen operates Monday to Friday day shift hours, which offers great family friendly working hours.

No nights, split shifts or weekend work.

We are currently looking for a Kitchen Hand (Food Process worker Level 2) to work in our well-organized kitchen, in a steady and productive work environment.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Experience cleaning dishes and equipment in commercial kitchens.
• Strong work ethic.
• Full working rights.
• Experience working in a busy and fast paced environment.
• The capability and desire to work in a clean and hygienic workplace.
• Possess good teamwork, as well as autonomously working skills.

The position advertised is on a Casual basis, working on average 32+ hours per week. Standard work times will be 7am start, Monday to Friday, with Friday being a shorter day (around 3-4 hours).

Tasks for this position include:

• Cleaning pots, trays and other kitchen equipment.
• General cleaning duties around a commercial kitchen environment.
• Occasionally helping with food plating under supervision.
