Job summary

Greenbank Services Club is seeking a Kitchenhand to join our busy food and beverage team. You will work in either a café kitchen or a large production kitchen, performing cleaning, food prep, and stock control tasks.

The role requires reliability, the ability to work nights and weekends, and a willingness to learn and train as needed. Physical fitness and strong time management are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a kitchen environment.
• Hygiene for Food Handlers Certification preferred.
• Be physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role.
• Able to work nights and weekends as required.
• Time management and organisational skills.
• Willingness to learn and undertake training when required.

Responsibilities

• Work in the fast paced environment of either a café kitchen or large production kitchen.
• Cleaning of all kitchenware, equipment and utensils.
• Disposal of all waste and sorting of recycled items.
• Demonstration of hygienic and safe work practices.
• Responsible for strict stock control and food storage.
• Food preparation as directed.
• Other duties as requested.

About The Role
