Harrington Kitchens is a respected Sydney-based manufacturer of high-quality kitchens and joinery. We seek an experienced Kitchen Designer with a proven track record in end-to-end project management and lead conversion to join our team.

Qualifications

Proven sales experience converting enquiries into successful projects.
Strong project management skills coordinating multiple jobs and timelines; clear client/trades communication.
Experience in kitchen design and sales; familiarity with kitchen design software such as Cabmaster or similar is a plus.
Background in cabinet making or joinery is beneficial; training available for suitable tradespeople.
Able to work in a harmonious team environment; self-motivated and autonomous.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end kitchen projects from concept to completion.
Convert enquiries into bookings and manage client relationships.
Coordinate with clients, trades, and internal teams to ensure timelines and quality.
