• Background in cabinet making or joinery is beneficial; training available for suitable tradespeople.
• Able to work in a harmonious team environment; self-motivated and autonomous.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Kitchen Designer with a proven track record in end-to-end project management and lead conversion to join our successful team. This is a full-time, salary-based role supported by a rewarding commission scheme, along with a company vehicle, mobile phone, and all necessary selling tools.

The successful applicant will need the following attributes:

Proven sales experience with a strong track record in converting enquiries into successful projects.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple jobs, manage timelines, and communicate effectively with clients, trades, and internal teams.

A proven history in kitchen design and sales, with recent experience using kitchen design software such as Cabmaster or similar (advantageous).

A background in cabinet making or joinery is beneficial. We are prepared to train a suitable tradesperson who may be looking to transition into sales and design.

The ability to work in a harmonious team environment, as well as being able to self-motivate and work autonomously.
