Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in kitchen design or residential interior design.
• Proven ability to manage client projects independently.
• Experience designing bespoke kitchens and joinery.

Responsibilities

• Lead showroom clients through the complete design journey from consultation to installation.
• Create bespoke kitchen and joinery designs balancing aesthetics and function.
• Present and sell design solutions with premium materials and finishes.
• Develop detailed drawings and documentation for approval and production.
• Own the quoting and sales process from pricing to securing the project.
• Collaborate with in-house manufacturing and conduct site measures.
