Job summary

Kitchen Connection is seeking a motivated Kitchen Designer to join the Toowoomba team. You will design kitchens using ArtiCAD 3D, meet clients in homes, prepare quotes, and guide customers through the sales process from concept to completion.

Based in Toowoomba, you will pursue sales targets, deliver outstanding service, and leverage pre-qualified leads. This role offers strong earning potential with uncapped commissions and full training, supporting your career growth within a national brand.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales and closing deals.
• Enjoys building relationships and delivering outstanding service.
• Confident presenting solutions in customers' homes.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work autonomously while contributing to a team.
• Kitchen/cabinetry/interior design or renovation experience is advantageous but not essential.

Due to continued growth, we're looking for a motivated and customer focused Kitchen Designer to join our Toowoomba team.

About the Role

Based in Toowoomba, you'll meet customers in their homes, design their dream kitchens using our industry-leading ArtiCAD 3D design software, prepare quotations and guide customers through the sales process from concept to completion.
