Job summary

Highlands Selection Centre in Mittagong is seeking a Designer Appliances Sales Consultant to help customers create beautiful kitchens and homes with premium brands and a strong emphasis on exceptional service.

You will guide buyers from initial enquiry through to order, delivery coordination and follow-up, building lasting relationships with builders, kitchen designers and homeowners while expanding your knowledge of cookers, ovens and other wet appliances.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select appliances that suit design, lifestyle, and budget.
• Develop strong product knowledge across premium brands, especially wet appliances.
• Manage customers from enquiry through to order, delivery coordination and follow-up.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop relationships with builders, kitchen designers, cabinet makers, architects, interior designers, and developers.
• Identify referral and project opportunities through local industry relationships.
• Support showroom events, product demonstrations, promotions and social media.
• Maintain high showroom presentation and product merchandising.
• Stay up-to-date with new products, technologies and industry trends.
