Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and cooking of menu items to Crown’s high standards.
• Ensure food is presented attractively and served at the correct temperature.
• Maintain stock levels, mise en place, and kitchen equipment readiness.
• Follow recipes, procedures, and food safety standards including HACCP requirements.
• Keep kitchen work areas clean, organised, and service-ready.
• Support the wider culinary team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Safely operate kitchen equipment and report any maintenance concerns.
