Job summary

Endeavour Group's Miami Tavern on the Gold Coast is seeking a Kitchen Attendant to support kitchen operations and maintain high cleanliness and safety standards. You will work in a fast-paced pub environment and help with food prep, stock movement, and overall kitchen efficiency.

This hands-on role requires physical tasks, flexibility to work across the day, evenings and weekends, and a commitment to detail and teamwork.

A day in the life of a Kitchen Attendant:

• Engage in food preparation and additional tasks as directed by your team leader
• Proactively identify and address cleaning opportunities in all areas of the kitchen in line with our high food and safety standards
• Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety and procedural compliance

What do we need from you

About you:

• You love working independently or as part of a team to perform routine tasks
• You have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
• You are all about the detail and take pride in the work that you deliver
• You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
