Job summary

Broadbeach Tavern on the Gold Coast is seeking a Kitchen Attendant to support kitchen functionality in a fast-paced pub environment. You will help with food prep, cleaning, and maintaining safety standards while contributing to a team-focused culture.

We value attention to detail and reliability, with opportunities to grow within the Endeavour Group network. This is a hands-on role requiring physical activity and teamwork.

A day in the life of a Kitchen Attendant:

• Engage in food preparation and additional tasks as directed by your team leader
• Proactively identify and address cleaning opportunities in all areas of the kitchen in line with our high food and safety standards
• Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety and procedural compliance

Qualifications

About you:

• You love working independently or as part of a team to perform routine tasks

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
