Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking a Kitchen Attendant for the Manly Hotel to support kitchen functionality in a fast-paced pub environment. You will assist with routine tasks, contribute to cleanliness and safety standards, and support the team to deliver great pub experiences.

Ideal candidates are flexible, detail-oriented, and able to work across shifts including evenings and weekends. This role offers opportunities within the Endeavour Group network and its ALH Hotels pubs.

About the Role

A day in the life of a Kitchen Attendant:

• Engage in food preparation and additional tasks as directed by your team leader
• Proactively identify and address cleaning opportunities in all areas of the kitchen in line with our high food and safety standards
• Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety and procedural compliance

What do we need from you

About you:

• You love working independently or as part of a team to perform routine tasks
• You have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
• You are all about the detail and take pride in the work that you deliver
• You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
