Job summary

ALH Hotels’ Miami Tavern is hiring a Kitchen Attendant to support kitchen functionality in a fast-paced pub setting on the Gold Coast. You’ll assist with food prep, keep surfaces clean and uphold safety standards, helping the team deliver great customer experiences.

This hands-on role requires physical tasks and a willingness to work across days, evenings and weekends. We value attention to detail, reliability and a positive attitude.

A day in the life of a Kitchen Attendant:

• Engage in food preparation and additional tasks as directed by your team leader
• Proactively identify and address cleaning opportunities in all areas of the kitchen in line with our high food and safety standards
• Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety and procedural compliance

Qualifications

• You love working independently or as part of a team to perform routine tasks

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
