Job summary

Luxury Resort and Restaurant in Toowoon Bay is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support our chefs in daily kitchen operations. This role includes cooking breakfast, helping with simple dinner menu elements, and maintaining clean dish and prep spaces.

Shifts available: 1–2 breakfast shifts per week (7:00–11:00) and 1–2 dinner shifts (3:00–9:30). Friday and Saturday evenings are required. This is a hands-on hospitality role at a beachside resort with bungalows, a bar, and restaurant on the beach.

Qualifications

• Hardworking and dedicated kitchen all-rounder.
• Available for 1-2 breakfast shifts per week (7:00–11:00).
• Available for 1-2 dinner shifts (approximately 3:00–9:30pm).
• Must be available on Friday and Saturday evenings.
