Job summary

The Australian Reptile Park in New South Wales is seeking an experienced hospitality or food-service supervisor to join as a Full-Time Kiosk 2IC, delivering fast, friendly service in a high‑volume environment.

You will lead the kiosk team, work with the Kiosk Supervisor and Retail and Workforce Manager, handle cash, oversee orders and maintain food safety and guest satisfaction during peak times.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in hospitality or high-volume supervisory role.
• Experience in busy canteen, takeaway or similar environment.
• Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
• Experience using POS systems and handling cash.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate a team during busy service periods.
• Manage busy customer queues and high-volume service periods.
• Operate registers and POS systems; manage cash handling.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and presentation standards.
• Coordinate staff breaks and daily workflow.
• Support training and development of kiosk team members.
