Job summary

CNW Electrical Pty Ltd in Brisbane invites a reliable, organised Key Account Manager to join the Geebung team. You will manage key customer accounts, maintain accurate CRM records, process orders efficiently, and coordinate with logistics for on-time delivery.

As part of CNW, you will engage with customers to support purchasing decisions, prepare quotes, analyse data using sales tools, and participate in meetings to improve product knowledge.

In this fast paced role, you will

• Manage key customer accounts and maintain accurate CRM records
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse for on-time delivery
• Prepare quotes and sales documentation
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues
• Utilise sales tools (e.g. MPro, BRP, Customer Margin Report) for data analysis
• Track sales activities and report on KPIs (e.g. sales, margin, DIFOT)
• Review and manage DIFOT reports and processes
• Leverage product knowledge to support customer purchasing decisions
• Monitor market trends and share competitive insights
• Engage with the CRM system for tracking interactions and opportunities
• Maintain strong website knowledge for online sales support
• Attend sales meetings and participate in training to improve technical expertise
