• Experience in managing key customer accounts and CRM records.
• Ability to coordinate with logistics and warehouse for on-time delivery.
• Proven track record in preparing quotes and sales documentation.
• Strong customer service mindset with proactive issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage key customer accounts and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse for on-time delivery.
• Prepare quotes and sales documentation.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues.
• Utilise sales tools (e.g. MPro, BRP, Customer Margin Report) for data analysis.
• Track sales activities and report on KPIs (sales, margin, DIFOT).
• Review and manage DIFOT reports and processes.
• Leverage product knowledge to support customer purchasing decisions.
• Monitor market trends and share competitive insights.
• Engage with the CRM system for tracking interactions and opportunities.
• Maintain strong website knowledge for online sales support.
• Attend sales meetings and participate in training to improve technical expertise.
