Job summary

CNW Wollongong - Branch Manager is a leadership role within CNW Electrical Wholesale in Wollongong. You will guide a sales and warehouse team, set and monitor sales goals, and develop plans to drive growth while maintaining strong customer relations.

The successful candidate will have electrical knowledge or background, a valid Australian driver’s licence, and proven sales experience across industrial, residential, commercial, and data product ranges.

• Building a broad base of 'Active Accounts' to meet company KPI's.
• Oversee the 'on boarding' of all new customers to build strong relationships.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Create, attend and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences

We are on the hunt for highly motivated Branch Manager who is looking to make their mark in our Wollongong branch.

The ideal applicant for this role is someone who has strong leadership qualities and enjoys the challenge of leading a sales and warehouse team in a very busy and successful branch. Working autonomously and given ownership of your role this position is the perfect opportunity to build a progressive career.

To be successful, your application will reflect experience in a similar environment; ideally you will have previous success in a business to business product sales position and with a background in the electrical industry. This position is best suited to an energetic, ambitious person who holds advanced business relationship development skills and enjoys nurturing strong customer relations.

The successful applicant will ideally have:

• Electrical knowledge or trade background - this is preferable but not essential
• Current and valid Australian driver's licence is essential.
• Previous sales experience, promoting Industrial, Residential, Commercial, Industrial and data product ranges as well as experience building business relationships with fellow team members, key accounts, and electrical contractors.
• Well-developed organisational, planning and prioritisation skills.
• Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate computer skills.
