Lumify Group is scaling its Federal Government business, and this role is central to that strategy. Based in Canberra, the Key Account Manager will own end-to-end engagement across our priority Federal and ACT Government agencies: the account strategy, the executive relationships, and the commercial outcomes that follow, from first contact through to long-term account growth.
You will take a portfolio of profesisonal technology training, data and AI skilling, cyber, and communication capability, and position them as a single, integrated offer for government agencies navigating large-scale transformation. That means building the account plans, securing the right panel and standing offer positions, and developing the systems integrator and prime partnerships that put Lumify in the room for the programs that matter.
This role carries real scope: you will be building the operating model for Federal Government engagement, not administering one that already exists. It will suit someone who already has a genuine network across government in the ACT, who is equally comfortable setting strategy and executing it, and who wants to build a long-term patch rather than move on once a deal is signed.
