This is not an account management role where you sit behind a desk sending emails and waiting for customers to call.
We are recruiting confidentially for an established, progressive family business with ambitious plans for the future.
Agile, customer-focused and growth-oriented, this is a business where good people can make an impact — and where strong sales performance is rewarded.
We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager who can take ownership of an established customer portfolio and territory.
You will manage your territory through a structured two-week customer call cycle.
That means being organised, planning ahead and consistently getting in front of your customers.

This is a role for someone who believes activity creates opportunity.
We don't want superficial account management.
We want you to genuinely know your customers.
What are they buying?
What aren't they buying?
What is changing in their business?
Where could we help them more?
Who else is supplying them?
What is the real potential of the account?
You'll regularly check in, stay visible and become someone your customers trust and want to do business with.
Being good with people matters.
But this isn't a social role.
Great relationships should lead to better customer outcomes and commercial growth.
You'll be comfortable talking about products, solutions, pricing and opportunities.
You'll follow up.
You'll ask for the business.
You'll close.
And you'll be rewarded when you grow sales.
This is where the role becomes particularly attractive for someone commercially driven.
In addition to your base salary, superannuation and fully maintained vehicle, you will earn a percentage of the sales you generate.
There is no artificial ceiling placed on your success.
You may currently be a Key Account Manager, Territory Manager, Account Manager, Relationship Manager or B2B Sales Representative.
More important than your title is how you operate.
You are energetic, organised and self-motivated.
You genuinely enjoy travelling every day and being face-to-face with customers.
You don't want to spend your week sitting in an office.
You enjoy building long-term relationships, but you also have the commercial drive to turn those relationships into opportunities and sales.
You take ownership.
You follow up.
You use your CRM.
You manage your call cycle.
You know your numbers.
And you enjoy being accountable for your territory and your results.
You'll be joining an established family business with a progressive mindset and genuine growth ambitions.
It's agile enough to make decisions and move quickly, while established enough to provide you with a strong customer base, products, support and opportunity.
If you love being on the road, enjoy building genuine customer relationships and want your income to reflect the sales growth you create, we'd like to hear from you.
