Job summary

Linfos Intermodal is seeking a Key Account Coordinator to support a diverse customer portfolio across Road and Rail along the East-West corridor. You’ll collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver insights, strengthen partnerships and identify opportunities for growth across Australia’s largest Intermodal network.

This full-time role can be based in Regency Park, SA or Kewdale, WA with a Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:00pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting customer accounts and participating in review meetings in Transport/Logistics.
• Ability to prepare operational and commercial reports, business presentations and updates.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and identify improvements.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint with exposure to Power BI/SAP preferred.
• Understanding of account management principles and customer relationship practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and delivery of commercial proposals, customer review packs and business presentations.
• Prepare reports, QBRs, performance insights and customer presentations using data.
• Manage debtor support activities and contribute to working capital outcomes.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as a key contact for enquiries.
• Analyse customer and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate with operational, commercial and support teams to deliver requirements.

What does the job look like?

Linfox Intermodal has a unique opportunity for a Key Account Coordinator, supporting a diverse customer portfolio across Road and Rail operations along the East-West corridor. Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, you'll play an influential role in delivering commercial insights, strengthening customer partnerships and identifying opportunities to support growth across Australia's largest Intermodal network.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity and can be based out of either our Regency Park, South Australia or Kewdale, Western Australia location with a working schedule of Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:00pm. Key areas:

• Support the preparation and delivery of commercial proposals, customer review packs and business presentations
• Prepare reports, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), performance insights and customer presentations using operational and commercial data
• Manage debtor support activities and contribute to effective working capital outcomes
• Build strong customer relationships and act as a key contact point for customer enquiries and account support
• Analyse customer and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities that support account growth and service improvement
• Coordinate with operational, commercial and support teams to ensure customer requirements and service commitments are delivered

Are you the one?

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional with a background in transport operations, account management, customer service or a similar customer-facing environment. You bring a positive attitude, strong analytical capability, a willingness to learn and the ability to build trusted relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders. You can demonstrate:

• Prior experience supporting customer accounts and participating in customer review meetings within the Transport/Logistics industry
• Capability to prepare operational and commercial reports, business presentations and performance updates
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with exposure to Power BI, SAP or similar business systems viewed favourably
• Understanding of account management principles, commercial drivers and customer relationship management practices
• A positive, proactive and self-motivated approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and customer service excellence
