Job summary

Linfox is hiring at Marsden Park, NSW for an all-round warehouse role. The successful candidate will pick and pack, operate RF scanners, and manage stock with high reach and counter balance forklifts.

This on-site role is suited for safety-conscious team players aiming for long-term growth. Applicants should hold a valid LF forklift license with high reach experience, be comfortable with basic computer systems (SAP or similar), and demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Required LF forklift license with high reach experience.
• Ability to load/unload freight with care and accuracy.
• Proficient with basic computer systems; SAP or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders to meet schedules and customer requirements using an order picker (heavy industrial and paint products).
• Use RF scanners to maintain stock accuracy and real-time inventory updates.
• Operate high reach forklift and counter balance forklifts for picking, replenishment, loading and unloading.

What does the job look like?

This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys variety and being an all-rounder. Ideally someone who is looking to build a long-term career and continue upskilling themselves within a well-established, safety-focused organisation.

• Picking and packing orders to meet delivery schedules and customer requirements using an order picker (handling heavy industrial and paint products)
• Using RF scanners to ensure stock accuracy and real time inventory updates
• High reach forklift operation for picking and replenishment tasks
  
• Counter balance operations for loading and unloading trucks & containers
• Receiving and dispatch operations including pallet staging, load preparation for outbound / inbound freight, checking documentation, stock allocation etc.
  
• Handling freight safely in accordance with Linfox Safety Procedures, including dangerous goods awareness, proper lifting techniques and compliance
