Job summary

Linfosx Laverton North location is seeking an Operations Process Coordinator to help keep freight moving across Australia's national transport network. You will support live transport execution, coordinate movements with drivers, subcontractors and customers to deliver exceptional service outcomes.

The role suits someone with 2+ years in transport operations or logistics coordination, who is tech-savvy and focused on safety, compliance and continuous improvement within a large-scale network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in transport operations, allocation, dispatch, logistics coordination or transport-focused customer service.
• Experience coordinating with customers, drivers, subcontractors and operational stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
• You're tech-savvy and have used transport management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-critical operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate live transport movements across fleets to maintain service and visibility.
• Support Allocators with load management, bookings, and planning updates.
• Maintain transport data in Blue Yonder for real-time decisions.
• Manage disruptions, schedule changes and contingencies.
• Provide timely updates to customers, drivers and stakeholders.
• Support safety initiatives and continuous improvement in operations.

As an Operations Process Coordinator, you'll support live transport execution, coordinate freight movements through and partner with drivers, subcontractors and customers to deliver exceptional service outcomes. Key areas:

• Coordinate live transport movements across company and subcontractor fleets to maintain service performance and network visibility
• Deliver operational support to Allocators through load management, bookings, system updates and transport planning adjustments
• Maintain accurate transport data within Blue Yonder to support real-time decision making and operational success
• Manage transport disruptions, schedule changes and breakdown contingencies to minimise service impacts
• Provide timely updates to customers, drivers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
• Support safety initiatives, operational reviews and continuous improvement activities across the transport operation
