Talent is seeking a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join the Banking & Financial Services team, specialising in Software, Artificial Intelligence, and Design. No prior recruitment experience is required, though candidates with up to three years are welcome to apply.

You will support major Australian financial organisations and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy to onboarding. You'll work closely with an Account Manager and develop expertise across technology markets, building

• 0-3 years of recruitment experience is acceptable, though not required.
• Excellent communication and phone outreach skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Source, approach and screen candidates for live roles.
• Understand candidate experience, motivations, availability and salary expectations.
• Build candidate shortlists for client opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews, preparation and feedback.
• Manage candidates through references, offers and onboarding.
• Build a network across Software, AI and Design and collaborate with Account Managers.
• Develop knowledge of technology and financial services markets.
