Job summary

Talent is a global leader in digital and technology recruitment. We are seeking a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our Banking & Financial Services team, specialising across Software, Artificial Intelligence and Design.

This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in recruitment; no previous recruitment experience is required, though candidates with up to three years of experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of recruitment experience.
• No prior recruitment experience required, open to those starting a career in recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Source, approach and screen candidates for live roles.
• Understand candidate experience, motivations, availability and salary expectations.
• Build candidate shortlists for client opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews, preparation and feedback.
• Manage candidates through references, offers and onboarding.
• Build a strong network across Software, AI and Design.
• Work closely with Account Managers to deliver on client requirements.
• Develop knowledge of technology and financial services markets.
• Participate in the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy to placement.
