Burger Urge Rockhampton is looking for enthusiastic Junior Team Members who love great customer service and want to start a career in hospitality. No experience is needed—we’ll train you and provide flexible hours suitable for students and school leavers.

As a Junior Team Member, you’ll greet customers, take orders, and help prep and serve meals in a fast-paced, supportive environment with clear paths for progression within the Australian brand.

The Role

As a Junior Team Member at our Rockhampton venue, you’ll be part of the crew that keeps our restaurant running smoothly, from the lunch rush to the evening buzz. It’s a fast-paced, friendly environment and a great first step into hospitality.

Availability

We’re seeking team members who can work any of the following:

• Day shifts: weekday lunch and daytime shifts
• Evening shifts, subject to age and award requirements
• Weekends as required
• Flexibility around school hours where applicable

Mandatory Requirements

• Valid Australian working rights
• Ability to provide proof of identity and work eligibility documentation
• Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Parent or guardian consent for applicants under 18, where required
