The Role

As a Junior Team Member at our Rockhampton venue, you'll be part of the crew that keeps our restaurant running smoothly, from the lunch rush to the evening buzz. It's a fast-paced, friendly environment and a great first step into hospitality.

What you'll do

• Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service
• Take orders accurately and process payments
• Prepare and assemble food to Burger Urge standards
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the restaurant
• Support kitchen and front-of-house operations during busy periods
• Work closely with your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Take part in ongoing training and development

Availability

We're seeking team members who can work any of the following:

• Day shifts: weekday lunch and daytime shifts
• Evening shifts, subject to age and award requirements
• Flexibility around school hours where applicable

Mandatory Requirements

• Ability to provide proof of identity and work eligibility documentation
• Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Parent or guardian consent for applicants under 18, where required
