Burger Urge Rockhampton is looking for enthusiastic Junior Team Members who love great customer service and want to start a career in hospitality. No experience is needed—we’ll train you and provide flexible hours suitable for students and school leavers.

As a Junior Team Member, you’ll greet customers, take orders, and help prep and serve meals in a fast-paced, supportive environment with clear paths for progression within the Australian brand.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Flexible shifts to fit around school, study and life.
• Must have valid Australian working rights and be able to provide ID/eligibility documentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Take orders accurately and process payments.
• Prepare and assemble food to Burger Urge standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the restaurant.
• Support kitchen and front-of-house operations during busy periods.
• Work closely with your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Take part in ongoing training and development.
