The Sydney Workers Compensation team seeks a Junior Solicitor to join a collaborative, high-performing practice handling a broad spectrum of workplace injury claims and related litigation.

The ideal candidate will develop expertise across liability, quantum and litigation strategy with exposure to workers compensation and insurance matters.

Qualifications

• Exposure to workers compensation, insurance litigation or personal injury law through prior legal experience, clerkships or practical legal training
• Sound legal research, drafting and analytical skills, with attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders
• A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute positively to team success, knowledge sharing and firm culture
• Willingness to participate in knowledge sharing and business development activities to enhance your skills
