Hicksons | Hunt & Hunt | Holman Webb, a leading Australian commercial law firm with offices in Sydney and other cities, seeks an Associate/Senior Associate with CTP experience to join the Insurance team.

You will handle submissions to the Personal Injury Commission, advise on Certificates, and manage some Common Law matters under partner supervision, while maintaining meticulous client service and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years post admission experience in CTP.
• Team player with strong organization and collaboration.
• Excellent client-management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

THE ROLE & THE TEAM

Our Insurance team has multiple practices including those in CTP, General Insurance (personal injury and commercial and construction), Recovery work, Medical Negligence and Workers Compensation.

The successful candidate will work closely with Partners, Special Counsel and other Solicitors in the team.

We are looking for a commercially astute and technically solid Associate/Senior Associate experienced in CTP. It is a great opportunity to further your career.You will be required to prepare the whole gamut of submissions to the Personal Injury Commission (PIC) which arise in CTP Statutory Benefits and Common Law claims, including advising on Certificates and grounds for Review and preparing those Applications or Replies.

You will also have the conduct of some Common Law claims under the direct supervision of a partner. These require the usual advices and setting of reserves, correspondence with the other side and preparing the claim for assessment.

You will be required to complete client report templates.
