Hicksons | Hunt & Hunt | Holman Webb is a commercial law firm that supports government, companies, organisations and individuals across Australia. The Sydney Workers Compensation team seeks a Junior Solicitor to join a collaborative, high-performing practice handling a broad spectrum of workplace injury claims and related litigation.

The ideal candidate will develop expertise across liability, quantum and litigation strategy with exposure to workers compensation and insurance matters.

Competenze

• Exposure to workers compensation, insurance litigation or personal injury law through prior legal experience, clerkships or practical legal training
• Sound legal research, drafting and analytical skills, with attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders

THE ROLE & THE TEAM

Our Sydney Workers Compensation team is looking for a Junior Solicitor to join a collaborative, high-performing practice. Our team represents employers and insurers responding to the full spectrum of workplace injuries including major and minor orthopaedic, neurological, strain injuries, brain damage, catastrophic multi-injuries, exposure to hazardous substances, and psychological injury claims.
