Job summary

Stonedoctor is seeking an ambitious Assistant Service Manager-in-training to join our service division at 278 Burnley Street, Richmond VIC. This full-time, 1-year contract role reports to the Assistant Service Manager, with the aim of developing the technical skills necessary to manage projects and customer liaison effectively.

You will cultivate leadership capabilities, participate in scheduling, and contribute to top-quality service while adapting to a dynamic environment.

The Assistant Service Manager

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To report directly to the Assistant Service Manager or to a higher authority.
• To be proficient in learning all technical skills.
• To be an active and contributing member to our Service division.
• To ensure the team follows best practices in ensuring top quality delivery.
• To be responsible for job scheduling and customer liaison personnel.

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE:

• To develop the necessary skills and become an Assistant Service Manager in 1 year.
