Job summary

Isaac Operations is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day operations of the Sales & Marketing team. Qualifications

• One year of experience in marketing, sales support, or coordination (internships count).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel emphasis).

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of CRM platform (Dynamics).
• Prepare and maintain department reporting.
• Build and update the business development portal and asset library.
• Support development, maintenance and improvement of processes and tools.
• Manage social content calendar and community management.
• Triage inbound website inquiries and route to teams.
• Support website copy and content updates.
• Draft and proofread marketing copy.
• Provide basic design support (Canva).
• Build and maintain AI tools for Sales & Marketing teams.
• Assist with event logistics and sponsorships.
• Track industry news and competitive reviews.
• Maintain marketing budget tracker and process invoices.
