Job summary

Gough Recruitment represents a boutique agency in the Parramatta region seeking a Junior Property Manager to assist a Senior Property Manager. The role is part-time with a Monday–Saturday schedule (Saturdays 9am-12pm) to support a local portfolio of about 100 properties.

The candidate should be Mandarin-speaking, hold a current Certificate of Registration, a driver’s license and a car, and demonstrate professionalism and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• No real estate experience required.
• Must be Mandarin speaking.
• Requires a current Certificate of Registration, driver’s license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a well-maintained portfolio of residential properties.
• Maintain relationships with tenants.
• Manage ingoings & outgoings.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance.
• Prepare lease packs.
• Carry out regular rent and lease reviews.
• Handle rental applications.
• Open for inspections.

They are currently looking to hire a Junior Property Manager to assist a Part-Time Property Manager.

The Role:

Monday – Saturday (Saturdays are 9am-12pm) with a full day off during the week, we are seeking someone to assist a Senior Property Manager in managing and servicing a clean, neat, tidy, and local portfolio of 100 properties.
