Silverhall Property Management is seeking a motivated Junior Property Manager to join our growing team in NSW. You will manage a residential portfolio, build strong tenant relationships and deliver outstanding service alongside an experienced leadership team.

The role offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement, ongoing training, and mentoring. Successful candidates will hold NSW real estate licensing or be studying for it and have a valid driver’s licence with travel across Newcastle, Central

Silverhall Property Management is looking for a motivated and organised Junior Property Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with Property Management or Real Estate experience who is looking to build their career in a supportive and professional environment. You'll manage a residential property portfolio, build strong relationships with tenants, and provide outstanding customer service while working alongside an experienced leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing a residential property portfolio
• Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships
• Conduct open homes and assist with leasing
• Ensure compliance with NSW tenancy legislation
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communication
• Manage maintenance requests and general tenant enquiries

About You:

• Is highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
• Has strong communication and customer service skills
• Works well independently and within a team
• Has the ability to work autonomously and manage their own workload
• Takes initiative and enjoys problem-solving

• Ability to travel throughout Newcastle, Central Coast and occasionally Sydney

• Eligibility to work in Australia
• Availability to work Saturdays, with a replacement day / times off provided during the week
