• Organise and attend open for inspections.
• Manage leasing and routines of a well-maintained portfolio.
• Handle rental enquiries, email and phone follow-ups.
• Process rental applications and reference checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and sign up new tenants.
• Liaise with tenants and landlords throughout the leasing process.
• Advertise and update property listings online.
• Provide ad hoc admin support to the management team.

In the role of Junior Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
